• Develop and execute comprehensive paid media campaigns aligned with the company objectives and target audiences. 
• Manage all aspects of paid media campaigns from initial Ad Account setup to ongoing campaign optimization. 
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement. 
• Conduct A/B testing to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI. 
• Stay updated with industry trends and new advertising features to ensure campaign competitiveness. 

Education & Experience: 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in paid media management; Relevant certifications such as Google Ads Certification are a plus. 

Required Skills: 

• Proficiency in managing paid media campaigns on major platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads);
• Strong analytical and communication skills; Proven track record of delivering successful paid media campaigns;
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 

Desirable Skills: 

• Experience with Google Analytics, MS Clarity, and Google Tag Manager;
• Familiarity with Consent Management Platforms (CMPs) and data privacy regulations;
• Proficiency in data visualization tools for advanced reporting.
