The Typical Investment Process
1. Advisory Service Appointment - Two separate touch points are placed with our team, initially with our consultants and followed by our investment advisors, a gathering of necessary information according to your investment needs for you and your family members on your Golden Visa journey.
2. Investor and Investment Brief - Our advisors will analyze your investment needs, according to RBI or CBI country of choice, budget and any additional investment requirements.
3. Program Requirements - Cross-reference of investment documentation for selecting Golden Visa, whether it be a CBI or RBI program. Checking identification documents, bank account in the country of investment, fund transfer from outside of main country of Golden Visa investment.
4. Investment Placement - Once all the above steps are cross checked, we will proceed to the stage of investment placement where the Golden Visa application submission will take place.
5. Golden Visa Investment Check-in - During your Golden Visa process time, you will require visiting your select country of investment to hold any required biometrics* verification, and/or renewal of residence permit. *Biometrics are common Golden Visa requirement in Portugal and Greece.
