Investment Visa, part of Harland & Poston Group is currently looking for a Front Office Receptionist, someone to assist in all office operations matters and welcome our clients to our offices. This position will be at our headquarters office in Avenida da Liberdade, Lisbon.

• Answering incoming calls and switchboard duties to the office;
• Schedule appointments for clients;
• Scheduling meetings for employees;
• Greet visitors and clients;
• Customer Service to clients;
• Collect incoming parcels;
• Manage office clerical;
• Making copies, filing, etc;
• Handle correspondence & daily mail;
• Data Entry onto MS Excel;
• Replying to general emails.

• Fluent in Portuguese and English;
