Alice Andrade Dos Santos is a vital part of our administrative team, bringing a strong background in recruitment, HR, and assistant roles. Fluent in Portuguese and English, Alice has lived in the USA, Brazil, and Portugal, which has given her a broad and adaptable perspective in her work. With a degree in Human Resources, Alice excels in organization, multitasking, and maintaining empathy in all her interactions. Her ability to adapt to different challenges makes her an essential support system for our team in the Algarve. Outside of work, Alice finds joy in reading poetry, spending time in nature, and drawing, activities that reflect her creative and thoughtful nature.
